The purchase process is completed through order confirmation and payment using the payment methods available on the website.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland Spain: between 24 and 72 business hours from order confirmation.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: between 3 and 5 business days.

Canary Islands: between 3 and 7 business days, which may be affected by customs procedures.

Portugal: between 2 and 4 business days.

Rest of Europe: between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

These delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of VINOVERSO, S.L., such as logistical incidents, weather conditions or customs delays.

In any case, the maximum delivery period shall be 30 calendar days from the date the order is placed, in accordance with current regulations.

Shipments will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

The customer has a period of 24 hours from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To do so, the product must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened.

In the event of a defective product or an error in the shipment, the return costs shall be borne by VINOVERSO, S.L.

In the event of voluntary withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
